How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Secretaryrob Septic to have a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Secretaryrob Septic
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider you were connected with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please know that Secretaryrob Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@secretaryrob.rest and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and then reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may also be able to help.
